Rodell and Jones offers a complete aftercare service by a qualified engineer which involves sweeping the flue system. Performing a comprehensive service on the stove by, checking door and glass seals, baffle plates and fire bricks. It’s essential that flues are swept at the correct intervals these must be a minimum of once a year but may increase depending on the type of stove and flue system.
